Cooking and/or preparing raw foods feeds your body, mind, and soul. It allows you to control the food you put into your body, connect with your family and friends around the dinner table, and save the money you might otherwise spend in restaurants or on processed, prepackaged foods. Believe it or not, making simple and satisfying meals from scratch doesn’t have to be hard.
It’s not always easy to make a major changes at first, even when you have the best of intentions. A good way to begin can be, choosing plants first.
I spend a lot of time in my kitchen, coming up with ways to make “food fun”, easier, tastier, and more healthful. In my program, you will receive my e book to help get you motivated. I teach and share with you how I organize my kitchen, prepare food and stay super healthy through smart, simple, delicious food choices.
What’s in my Kitchen?
Part 1- Is a fun and educational day called “integrative lessons for your kitchen” where we visit in your own kitchen, and we go through all the foods you normally eat, sorting out what’s good, and not so good. We will refresh what’s in your spice cabinet. This is surprisingly fun.
Part 2 – Making room for the new. We go on a trip to the market to stock up on staples that will get you started with the basics toward your goal.
Part 3 – Together we cook a meal together, for you and your family. It’s fun if everyone participates, but not necessary. It is fun for kids to help us plan the menu. The more involved everyone is, the easier it is to make changes.
All three parts take place in a single day, so you’ll come away super motivated, and armed with everything you need to get started. Tools and information are yours to keep forever. Included are healthy recipes, how to read labels, plus a special pdf to guide you for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
